Risk Assessment

As part of HBH FOODS's quality policy, all processes have been reviewed and critical control points (CCPs) determined. Based on these CCPs, product safety procedures and control measures have been established, for e.g. on contaminants, pathogens, and foreign bodies like metal, stones, insects, thread, hair, wires, ropes, paper, plastic and glass. All these impurities are controlled through our Quality Control Program that includes the latest food safety standards laid down by BRCGS.
